HENKAKU Initiation

A Next.js app that guides newcomers through joining the HENKAKU community in a single flow: wallet setup, Initiation (questions and quests), check-in, and applications for the allowlist and HENKAKU token distribution. Features SIWE wallet-signature authentication, Supabase persistence, and an admin dashboard for screening and distribution. As a core developer, worked on authentication security hardening (rate limiting, wallet-switch detection), the admin dashboard, and CI/dependency automation. An open-source project under active development.

FoR

A community currency that circulates natural capital — the more it is used, the richer the forest becomes. Every transfer automatically routes a share of the amount into a Collective Wallet (regenerative fund), returning value to the care of forests and ecosystems, work that markets rarely price. Smart contracts on Base automate distribution and burning, while the app provides a wallet, peer-to-peer transfers, live visibility of the fund, and status badges earned through use. Now in a one-year pilot as an invitation-only design program with Comoris and Code for Japan. Responsible for smart contract development (ERC20 token, ERC2612 permit, test suites) and for establishing the spec-driven development foundation.

OSS Quest

A board game for learning the culture, communities, and processes of open-source software development through play. Produced as the Japanese edition of 'Open StarTer Village' by Taiwan's Open Culture Foundation, through a crowdfunding campaign hosted by Code for Japan that reached 146% of its goal. Led PR and crowdfunding planning. Aims to be a gateway to open source for schools and local communities.

Hayodasu

A smart waste-collection system that retrofits existing trash bins with IoT sensors and communication modules to monitor fullness in real time. When a bin passes 80% capacity, alerts go out to Discord and Teams, and collection can be directed efficiently from a dashboard — turning experience-driven waste collection into an on-demand operation. Finalist at the Governor's Cup Open Data Hackathon 2025 (24 teams selected from 132 teams and 1,327 participants). Ran a roughly three-month field trial on the 12 permanent bins at Tokyo Innovation Base, evolving the sensing from ultrasonic sensors to USB-camera depth estimation. As founder and developer, led the IoT implementation (hardware).

Toward zero-friction crypto donations: a system that lets donors give seamlessly by sending to a single address, regardless of chain or token. Donations across multiple blockchains and tokens are automatically aggregated and converted into the single token and chain specified by the recipient project, freeing it from complex asset management and tax handling. Advanced to Round 2 (top 25%) at ETHGlobal ETHOnline 2025 (634 teams and 1,670 participants from 87 countries). Built most of the frontend and part of the backend.

Deep Rewarding

A collective and fair reward mechanism for decentralized communities. A Telegram Bot proposes and records exchanges of gratitude (Assist Credit) between members from conversation logs, while AI agents generate multiple interdependence graphs of contributions. Rewards are then distributed all at once via Splits, based on the graph verified and selected by humans. An extension of Toban inspired by Deep Funding. Won the Gaia & Collab.Land partner prize and was selected as 'Agent with the best implementation' at ETHGlobal Agentic Ethereum 2025. Built the backend connecting the Telegram Bot, elizaOS, and Gaia.

Role Based Rewards Distribution that keeps contribution tracking and reward splitting simple. Manages permissions and reward rates per role (Hats Protocol), records small contributions peer-to-peer with Thanks Tokens, and distributes rewards to many members at once via Splits. Built for projects whose members keep changing — open-source development, collaborative production, and volunteer work.

Official website of Dig DAO, a web3 research community that grew out of the Digital Agency's Web3.0 study group. An Astro-based open-source site publishing projects and events in Japanese and English. As a contributor, created the new 'Impact Funding' page and updated the 'DID/VC SBT Project' page in both languages.

Mono Auction

A smart contract that registers items donated to a community as NFTs (MonoNFT) and lets membership-NFT holders bid at auction for ownership or time-limited usage rights (ERC-4907). Winning bids are distributed as community tokens to the donor and the community treasury. Implemented for the HENKAKU community.
